| Description: | From St. Philip Church Victorian Christmas Festival Website: The St. Philip Church Victorian Christmas Festival will be held in the Church Mansion, 23 France Street, Norwalk, Connecticut on Friday December 5 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday December 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 8 p.m. Featured at this years Festival will be many local vendors, as well as handmade items from members of the Parish.
There will also be food, music, activities for the kids while you shop, and the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win a $1,000.00 American Express gift card.
