Saint Paul Annual Christmas Fair

St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church will hold its annual Christmas Fair on Saturday, November 14th,2015 from 10am to 3pm. Our
fair will feature local artisans as well as crafts, baked goods, Santa, and lunch provided by church members. We will be advertising
this event in local newspapers, by flyers and signs, on the internet and by word of mouth. This year, all proceeds collected from the
registration fee, raffle, white elephant sale and food court will benefit childrens ministries in our church.

This quality craft event will be held in our spacious church facility. Each 8 by 5 floor space is a $30 donation. Unfortunately we
cannot provide tables. Please indicate on the registration form how many spaces are needed. Also on the registration form are
options for electrical outlets if needed. We will try our best to accommodate your requests. Please return your completed
registration form and the amount due by October 24, 2015. We will be limiting the number of vendors in specific genres so that we
dont have too many of one type of craft. Due to the fairs popularity and limited space, we suggest that you register as soon as
possible.
