| Description: | From Celebrate East Lyme Website: Join us on Saturday, July 16th when we transform nearly a 1-mile section of Pennsylvania Avenue/Main Street, closing the area for our premier festival by the sea, from 3 pm to 9 pm.
Our annual summer celebration will end with a spectacular fireworks display over Niantic Bay, sponsored by Dominion.
Drawing an estimated 35 thousand people from around the region, this premier street festival has something to offer for everyone. There will be special areas for children and teens, music & performance stages, cooking demonstrations by local chefs and so much more! We host an art & author walk featuring some of the areas best creative minds. Dont miss over 200 vendors lining Main Street, showcasing the artisans, community groups and businesses that make East Lyme want to celebrate!
