The annual 'show in the park' was faithfully produced by Manchester Art Association for over 40 years. In 2015, MAA passed the management to other dedicated members of the Manchester community. A collaboration formed between Young @ Art CT and Imagine Main Street who took the fine work of past years and added their own inspiration. We look forward to another successful year.

Over 120 artists participated and several thousands visitors came to the picturesque park that hosts the outdoor show. The grounds surround the Mary Cheney Library. AITP features fine artists of all kinds and all media. Our goal is to fill the grounds with a variety of styles from traditional to those artists producing cutting edge work in painting, sculpture, photography, digital, jewelry, ceramics, fiber arts and more. Also featured will be a Main Stage of performance art and entertainment including music, spoken word and dance; food vendors as well as interactive art projects will be spread throughout the park.
