The Newington Parks and Recreation Department has begun planning for our award-winning festival; the annual Life. Be in it. Extravaganza, scheduled to take place on Saturday, July 21st, 2018! This event attracts over 40,000 people each year and continues to grow in popularity! We are excited to offer all of the popular activities we have provided in years past as well as some fun, new ones that we know will get you and your family excited! Some of the events you won't want to miss are the Craft Beer Tasting, live music, helicopter rides, carnival, food truck festival, arts and crafts festival and more! Additional information will be provided on exact times and dates of each activity offered in the near future!
