West End Association is a neighborhood association working to improve and celebrate the historic West End of Bristol. The Rockwell Park Summer Festival is our signature event and draws up to 12,000 people each year with arts, crafts, music, food, skateboard competition, and dance! Huge Kids Zone with lots of activities. No charge for admission.
